I use a 2011 MacBook Air 2.13GHz running OS X 10.7 Lion. This responsibility is shared with my 2009 Mac Mini 2.26GHz, which I've recently started using as my primary computer, accessing it via my assortment of mobile devices.
I shoot with a Nikon d70s and a 18-70mm Nikkor AF-S, occasionally using a 10-20mm Sigma EX, which I've been slightly disappointed with. After using an iPhone 4S, because the best camera is the one that's with you, I rarely take my Nikon with me anymore. I use Apple's Aperture for organization and RAW editing, despite how everyone compares it negatively with Adobe's Lightroom. For simpler edits, I use Acorn.
Because it can be a drag to take an SLR around, I also shoot on my Sony Cybershot or my iPhone.
My programming is all done in a text editor and my text editor of choice is any variation of vim. I'm currently using MacVim 7.2 rather than my previous choice of gVim, at the much appreciated suggestion of Benjamin Thomas.
Nearly all of my web projects are in PHP sitting on a MySQL database, with a touch of Javascript and AJAX. I browse in Safari 5 with Click2Flash. I was a die hard Camino user, but Safari 5 just blows its speed out of the water. I dabbled in Chrome for a while, but it was buggy in Mac OS X. Realistically, I'll use anything that's standard's compliant and not made by Microsoft.
I make my graphics using Inkscape or DrawIt by Bohemian Coding, and occasionally with my Wacom Intuos 3.
I write almost excusively in Moleskine notebooks. I write with a Parker Sonnet rollerball or a Cross Classic Century ballpoint. For quicker notes, I write using SimpleNote on my iPhone.
I would be nothing without my iPhone 4S. I keep my media on my Drobo, and have been very satisfied. My home network is routed from an Apple Time Capsule which makes sure I never lose any data more than an hour old.
I've been using an iPad 1 since they were first released, and though initially pleased with it, I am getting frustrated with the low resolution and terrible speed when running iOS 5. I am holding out for the iPad 3, though my wife's iPad 2 makes me jealous regularly.
